Purpose built in 1988 to give people with health problems, and their families and/or carers, full board countryside accommodation, therapy and recreation tailored to meet their needs. |

There are nine bedrooms, all with en suite facilities - seven are for wheelchair access, with wheel in showers, support rails etc. - and each room also has an independently controlled radiator, colour TV and tea coffee makers. The Centre has recently been the subject of a £150,000 refurnishing and refurbishment programme.

The dining and lounge areas are of open plan design to overcome any mobility or sensory problems. |

There's an integral heated swimming pool with hoist, and to make sure that parents and carers can relax and 'switch off' in the evenings, there's also a bar. |
